The Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) is a complete content development platform for Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World, Oracle Transportation Management, Siebel and Retek. The User Productivity Kit delivers:

  • System Transaction documentation for fit-gap analysis - providing time and cost savings that jump-start your implementation or upgrade.
  • User Acceptance test scripts to help test Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World, Oracle Transportation Management, Siebel and Retek applications prior to go-live.
  • State-of-the-art instructional design tools to rapidly build and tailor documentation, instructor-led training materials, and web-based training to fit organizational needs.
  • Live-application performance support with transactional and instructional information to maximize user efficiency.

 

The BPMB PeopleSoft UPK Rapid Deployment Model:

  • Provide BPMB UPK Deployment and Training Subject Matter Experts to assist staff in the installation and deployment of the UPK application software for integration with the PeopleSoft Enterprise System.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance and expertise in the configuration of the UPK application solution to meet the immediate requirements of the school.
  • Provide consultative training for UPK System Administration Staff in the installation and base configuration of the UPK application.
  • Provide technical and functional documentation related to the installation and deployment of the UPK application.
  • Provide functional training for University UPK Content /Curriculum Development Staff in the creation of training content using the UPK toolset.
